Not only was he rude on the phone and complained we were disturbing him at a party (!?) but we missed out on an activity, AND we were the ones who had to spend one hour on the phone to get the app to promise us a refund. I’m still crossing my fingers to get the money back. I would stay away from this provider and ”Get your app”. Obviously not a tested and certified service provider!”
