“We had a great time with our chefs and the other guests. The market was colorful and engaging. I was grateful the market vendor prepared the squid for us. I did that once 40 years ago and I had hoped it would be a last time, thankfully it was. When we got to the kitchen we all got busy chopping, stirring, drinking sangria and eating. We love to cook so this was incredibly fun for us.”

We were 14 people from different countries, but quickly got to know each other and worked together well when preparing each dish. The chef was able to answer everything we asked and gave some great insights and neat little tips that aren't written in the recipes.”

Much of the preparation was in their kitchen, followed by cooking on their deck overlooking the Barcelona harbor where we were also treated to a magnificent sunset.
