We even had a Spanish couple and they still could not find answers. Our phones do not work in Spain so no communication with Viator. No signage anywhere! We were looking for a sign with our name or the Viator sign, but found out it was a regular taxi. Very confusing. The driver did search us down and all was good. At lot of stress though and I think the blame lies with the port of Barcelona.”
