“The service obviously didn’t track my flight although had the information as required to book the service. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled from the U.S. and I couldn’t get there. The driver’s supervisor called to tell me that the driver waited for an hour at the airport and blamed it on me that I didn’t inform the flight was cancelled although should have seen that. I got charged anyway. I wouldn’t use them if not tracking the flight.”

I understand what type of vehicles are in this country but after speaking with a tour operator and was informed I would get a vehicle to support/accommodate our family. We were shoved into a van with 12 suitcases and 6 ppl. Not very comfortable for the price we paid but the driver was polite and we tipped him well.”
