“This was worth the price definitely must see. The house didn't need the flashy lights at the end - they did nothing to enhance the architecture and just seemed out of place. Also, when you first walk in there is no explanation as to why you have to walk on to a moving black platform and go through something dark - I genuinely thought I'd taken a wrong turn and was entering an aquarium. I didnt understand that at all. But as for the interior of the home - it is well worth the time and taking the tour.”

“Cable car ride is pretty good but did not expect a €12 entry fee to the castle. The tour guide is a very bored sounding monologue of various tourist stops in Barcelona.”

“After several attempts to reach the tour operator, we reached out to Viator and have asked for a full refund. The pickup audio tour location was impossible to find and we asked tourist information officers and Sagrada security and none could figure it out. It was an awful experience.”

“Wow this place is well big and looks amazing in the sun!! We went with the kids and they loved all the crazy shapes on the outside.got them audio guide phones as well which was dead easy to use. it tells you all the stories about the statues and that so you know what your looking at. the inside is proper beautiful with all the colorful light coming through. staff was nice and helped us find the lift cos we had the pushchair. it costs a bit but its worth it for the memories with the family.”

“The house was closed for the week and we were not allowed to enter the house. So Viator shouldn’t have sold us the tickets. This is something they should have known to pass on information to their customers. I would like to try to get a refund .”

“Guide never showed up I arrived at the pick up point it told me the tour was on from 12am-11pm so it was all day thing with no confirmed time I showed up waited 20 minutes messaged the tour operator of the app and no response I left after 20 minutes and wasted £24 dont recommend”
