“We had such a great time learning all about one of our favorite foods- Ibérico! Cynthia did a great time explaining all there is about the pigs, regions and what classifies each type. It was just myself and my partner at the class; we had a bottle of Cava and plenty of samples to taste. The class was approximately 90 minutes long and is in a great location, allowing us to visit the La Sagrada Familia right after. I highly recommend this class if you want to learn more about the region’s famous charcuterie and are in the area.”

“A great workshop learning how to plan and build a stunning charcuterie board. Zara explained the essentials and took us carefully through the steps to bring together all of the carefully chosen ingredients. We worked together to create a visually impactful board and then we got to enjoy the fruits of our labour, with delicious and well-paired wine. Will definitely take this as inspiration while my next dinner party.”
